Your professionalism is exceptional. You go out of your way to communicate clearly with all of the people involved and handle the communication in such a diplomatic way that everyone feels good about the areas that they are responsible for. Having been a professional event coordinator myself, I knew what was involved and that I would need an expert the “day of” to run the show. The actual value became apparent when I can truly say that 2 hours before I had to be dressed, I was sitting in my suite with my bridesmaids drinking champagne and had already seen the reception room ready, could see the ceremony area ready, and you just popped in to check on us, letting me know that everything was great. When, after the event, I found out that we had guests bring additional unplanned guests and the table, seating, placecards and escort cards all had to be re-adjusted - plus I don’t even know what else - it just got fixed. I didn’t even have to know about it. You made a point of guiding and aiding us with subtle reminders and tips that made us look smooth and knowledgeable, like we were the professionals.
